DIY Lace and Studded Shorts

I went through a crazy "stud everything" phase. I still love studded clothing, I just don't do much DIY'S with them like I used too. But here's some lace and studded shorts you can try!

Things you'll need
- shorts
-scissors
-lace
-e6000 glue, fabric glue or needle and thread
-studs

As always I won't leave you hanging here's the links to the items I used. For this DIY I used Aileen's fabric glue, but e6000 will work or you can choose the non lazy way and sew lol.

First you can add the studs if you choose to. I just applied them randomly to one side of the shorts. Before you apply the studs it's a good idea to put some form of glue on the spot first then put the stud on. This just adds extra support so the studs won't come off. Evernthough the studs have prongs from my experience they still tend to come off without glue. I used e6000 for that part.

Next I took a piece of lace which I cut from a shirt I dont wear( you can purchase at a fabric store). I measured the piece making it slightly bigger than the part of the shorts I was applying it too. Then you can choose to sew or glue like I did ;)

See kids it's that easy!
